
Im currently taking part in an online workshop 30 day Vegan I saw this workshop on a few blogs I read a few months ago and liked the sound of it so when I read that it was starting again I decided to take part, why? Im really trying to get my diet into order, I dont feel well, not felt well for what seems like a long time, just drained of energy, tired despite sleeping all night, sluggish and in need of a change. A couple of weeks ago I joined a local gym which offers personal training as part of the membership fee so I have been going 3 evenings a week and Im enjoying it, so this workshop felt like it was at a good time for me. We are 2 days in so far and I have been enjoying coconut granola for breakfast, veg wraps with tahini sauce and had a very yummy stirfry for dinner yesterday. The workshop is more than just about the food, its about self healing and care which at the moment I really feel I need. Il update here with how Im getting on

ReplyDeleteI'm going to have a look at this after reading both yours and Traceys blogs. I found that I felt much healthier, less tired and achey, when I was on a strict vegan diet.
